Q. What is included in the rental rate?
A. Tables and Chair’s are included in the rental rate. Please call for pricing.
*All food, refreshments, linens and dishes must be provided by caterer. We offer refrigeration and Ice.
Q. What is your availability throughout the year.
A. We are available February-December. Please call for availability.
Q. What is the alcohol policy?
A. You may provide beer, wine and champagne for your event (limited hard alcohol may be approved), and may be served for a maximum of 4 hours. All alcohol must be dispensed by a licensed and insured bartender (provided by a caterer or bartender service). If you choose to have a keg you must rent our kegerator. The sale of alcohol is not permitted and no alcoholic beverages may be served to individuals under 2l years of age. Open bottles may not leave the grounds. Renter understands that it is the Renter’s responsibility to assure that the dispensing of alcoholic beverages is in compliance with Colorado State Liquor Laws and will not hold the Morningside Manor liable for any injury or damage.
