What is included in the rental rate?
Tables and chairs are included with your venue rental. Please contact us for current rental rates and pricing.
All food, beverages, linens, dishes, and catering supplies must be provided by your caterer. Morningside Manor provides access to refrigeration and ice for your event.
When is Morningside Manor available?
Morningside Manor hosts events February through December.
Availability varies throughout the year, so please contact us to check available dates or schedule a venue tour.
What is your alcohol policy?
Guests may provide beer, wine, and champagne for their event. Limited hard alcohol may be permitted with prior approval.
Alcohol service is limited to a maximum of four hours and must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender through your caterer or a professional bartending service.
If you plan to serve a keg, Morningside Manor's kegerator must be rented for the event.
Alcohol may not be sold on the property or served to anyone under 21 years of age. Open alcoholic beverages may not leave the venue grounds.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that all alcoholic beverage service complies with applicable Colorado liquor laws and venue requirements.
